Dr. Amitai received his medical education at OHSU and pursued residency training at the McGill University Health Centre in Montreal, Quebec. He then completed fellowship training in pediatric orthopaedics and scoliosis at the Shriners Hospital for Children in Portland, followed by a second fellowship in orthopaedic trauma surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York. Dr. Amitai has been privileged to pursue educational and service experiences in Nicaragua, Cuba, Peru, China, Philippines, and Viet Nam. He is dedicated to the care of patients of all ages with traumatic injuries, congenital and developmental deformities.
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, reading, and exploring the Northwest.
